A Board Certified Nurse Practitioner will meet with you and an individualized treatment plan will be made according to your specific symptoms, health history, and laboratory tests. If lab testing is needed, please schedule an appointment for a blood test at least 1 week before scheduling a new patient appointment with the Nurse Practitioner
Established patient office visit. Patients will meet with the Nurse Practitioner via phone 1 month after initial treatment and every 6 months during treatment.
